We are sure you will be 100% happy with your purchase from Adelic Jewellery. However, in the unlikely event that you are not delighted, simply contact us within 14 business days of receiving your products. You can return your purchase for a refund or exchange it for something more suitable.

The item must be undamaged, unworn and returned with the original packaging. For your own security you should return any item by a secure or trackable method of posting as we cannot accept liability for items damaged or lost in transit due to inadequate packaging or sent by an inappropriate carriage method. 

It is very important you retain the tracking details given to you by the post office or other carrier. This will be vital in the event the item is lost in transit. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of receipt by us. 

We will be happy to refund the full purchase price or exchange the item for any other in our online store. We will also refund delivery costs for returning faulty items only, up to the value of our standard outgoing carriage charges at the time of your order. We will not pay return delivery costs for unwanted items as we are a small family business and our aim is to keep costs as low as possible. If you have any questions on our products before purchase please contact us. There will also be an additional delivery charge in the case of exchanges.

Refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used in the original purchase. 


Returns Restrictions

In the case of earrings for pierced ears or body jewellery, unless they are found to be faulty, we are unable to accept these items for a return or refund due to restrictions for you and other customer's protection on the grounds of hygiene and safety.
